OVERVIEW
SF City Impact exists to intervene on behalf of the people in the inner-city of San Francisco. The Development Department is responsible for fundraising and building connections that lead to the future success of the organization.
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Associate Director of Development, the Corporate Relations Coordinator works with corporations and individuals to secure philanthropic support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a portfolio of corporate partners
Develop a strategic corporate engagement plan to solicit volunteers, funding and in-kind donations
Identify and solicit corporate program and event sponsorships
Manage corporate/employee giving portals
Facilitate corporate donation drives
Secure event sponsorships
Assist in the annual gala and fundraising events
Conduct presentations at corporate engagement events
Work closely with the volunteer coordinator to plan and facilitate corporate volunteering events
Help to identify new grant opportunities
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent analytical skills and ability to process information and develop new strategies
An effective and professional communicator, demonstrating strong group presentation skills and clear and persuasive oral and written communication
Ability to problem solve and take initiative to achieve desired departmental outcomes
Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple ongoing tasks
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree preferred but not required.
Minimum three years experience in the field of charitable fundraising.
Demonstrated success in building or managing a fundraising program.
Demonstrated success in writing and administering grants.
Demonstrated success in organizing special events.
MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:
A completed SF City Impact employment application and a signed acknowledgment of the Statement of Faith
A personal relationship with Jesus
Attend weekly prayer meetings
Weekly church attendance
Proficient with database entry, reporting, and maintenance.
Must be able to drive, lift 20lbs or more as needed to complete tasks, reach, bend, and squat.
The work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented

Full-time, on-site
Year-round
Occasional evening and weekend work.
Monday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - OFF
